If you have any unexplained symptoms not related to earwax build up, current vertigo or dizziness, numbness, altered taste, weakness, changes to vision, new hearing loss (within 1 week) you should instead see your doctor.

What to Expect in your appointment?
Introductions and Ear related medical history – Your clinician will take a relevant ear related medical history to find out more about the symptoms you are having.

Ear examination – An ear examination including videos and photographs of your ears will be taken and instructions on what steps need to be taken going further will be explained
​
Explanation of procedure and consent – If after examination your clinician finds ear wax and you require micro-suction then we will sign to get your consent and show you the equipment we use and how it works.
​
Microsuction – we will then gently suction the ears and remove any wax, this procedure will take around 10/15 minutes if the ears have been well oiled
​
End of appointment - Once finished your clinician will have one final check of your ears. If we cant get the wax out, we’ll guide you on what to do next.
